Webster Technique

The Webster Technique is a specific Chiropractic sacral analysis and adjustment that is used to restore optimal movement and biomechanics in the pelvis, and remove any interference to the nerves of the pelvic region. During pregnancy, the hormones produced in the body have the effect of softening and loosening the ligaments holding the skeleton together. As this occurs, the bones of the pelvis can shift, placing tension and torsion on the uterus, constricting the space available to the growing fetus. The Webster Technique works to align the pelvis, remove tension on the uterus, and provide adequate space for the fetus to move into the head down position. This is a completely safe and gentle technique, and has been proven to be very effective. Visit the ICPA for more information: Webster Technique.
